1. Drop videos — Drag MP4 files into each slot

2. Set start gates — Click a video, scrub to the gate, press Enter to lock. Colors show status: Red = needs gate, Yellow = selected, Green = locked

3. Race! — Videos sync and play together. Use Space to pause

4. Mark finish — Click racers as they cross the line to see time splits

Minimal Mode — Hides extra UI for cleaner viewing. Toggle in header.
